USER RESEARCH
I spend the time to truly listening to users when they’re talking about their challenges, rather than jumping to solutions prematurely. User personas and storyboards help to bring the user to life.
USER EMPATHY
Good design is a concept defined by industrial designer Dieter Rams's principles: It makes a product useful and understandable, is innovative, aesthetic, unobtrusive, honest, long-lasting, thorough to the last detail, environmentally friendly, and involves as little design as possible.
DESIGN
The diamonds in the Double Diamond come from divergent & convergent thinking, while the problem and solution diamond work in tandem to create better outcomes.
